It is said that Michelangelo carved away at a huge block of marble, chipping away at all that wasn’t the David until the David emerged. Although I have chosen a different medium, the process of my coaching partnerships is really quite similar. I work with people to remove everything that is not authentically and uniquely "them," so that their highest possibility, their greatness, has the freedom to emerge. I help people to identify all the obstacles to that greatness and to systematically remove those things in the most powerful, efficient, and loving way possible.
